PRODUCT
Our fabrics are printed on the finest 100% Belgian linen and 100% Irish linen woven from the flax plant. Flax, by nature, can change color from season to season, depending on the amount of sun and rain the crop receives. Flax is one of the most sustainable raw materials in the world.
 

Our wallpaper is 100% PVC-free, featuring a smooth, non-woven surface and is eco-friendly, meeting Type II standards for high-traffic commercial and residential areas.  Thus, the wallpaper rolls ship 27 inches wide, untrimmed.

 

TRADE
Trade pricing is available for members of the interior design trade. Please visit a showroom near you.  Please fill out the trade application if your design firm is not located near a showroom.
 

FABRIC CFA
CFA’s (cutting for approval) is suggested on a large order of 10 yards or more.  A small $20 fee will be applied.
 

FABRIC CUTTING FEE
$30 for orders under five yards.
 

PRICES
All pricing are in USD dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.  Lolita Garcia Textiles is not responsible for incorrect pricing on orders or incorrect SKUs. We recommend checking current pricing with our showroom partners or emailing us directly at sales@lolitagarciatexties.com before orders are placed.
 

PAYMENTS
All orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. Thus, taxes are charged based on tax laws applicable to the location where orders are placed (domestically or internationally).  Please note that a 15% tariff is being applied as a separate line item on all invoices. This will remain in effect until the tariff is officially removed.

1 roll - Wallpaper sold in 10 yard rolls
 

PRINTING
We print our fabrics by hand in California on 100% Belgian linen on water-based, non-solvent inks and digitally print using pigment dyes in Vermont on 100% Irish linen. Although we strive for continuous color consistency, slight variations are to be expected due to small batch printing (subtle variance in dye lots and texture).  These variations are celebrated and embraced. We don’t guarantee against color, wear, or dye lot variations.  
We strongly recommend ordering a fabric/wallpaper swatch before reviewing the color, design, and feel before placing an order.
 

SHIPPING
Orders shipped within the United States via UPS Ground / FedEx with an option for signature. Lolita Garcia Textiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delays, damages caused during transit, delivery or additional costs due to incorrect shipping information. A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
 

IMPORT FEES & CUSTOMS
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import fees and duties by the destination country.  Once the order has shipped, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining information from the carrier regarding all additional import fees required for customs clearance and providing full payment.  

 

LEAD TIMES
In-stock fabric will be shipped within a week. The estimated standard lead time is 4 - 6 weeks if the fabric is not in stock.  Orders can’t be canceled once they are shipped.  Wallpaper is made to order with an estimated lead time of 2 -3 weeks.  Please reach out to Lolita Garcia Textiles for the current lead time when placing an order or inquiring about a quote.
 

FABRIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Spot clean with a mild solvent.  Cleaning Code S-W.  Pretest a small area before proceeding. Dry cleaned recommended.
 

FABRIC TREATMENTS
We will gladly ship your order to your preferred finisher for additional treatment.
 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.  Thus, we can’t accept returns on orders that have been treated or cut. Please note, our digitally printed products are made-to-order.
